Events we supply in Camrose
The festival end is large-scale outdoor crowd management: gates, wristband checks, camping entrances, front-of-stage separation and vehicle lanes cut through ground that is a field the rest of the year. Barrier carries all of it, and the runs are long enough that the section count matters more than anything else on the enquiry.
The rest of the year is campus and exhibition work. Convocations, campus open houses, agricultural shows, theatre evenings and community dinners bring in belt stanchions for arrivals and rope stanchions with a runner for the processional and presentation moments.

Delivery to Camrose
Camrose is a run southeast for us, and for a festival build the drive is the least of it. What we need is the site plan and the build schedule: on open ground the gate positions and the fence line decide the barrier count, and equipment usually has to land in a specific order relative to everything else going up.
What delivery to Camrose comes to rests on two things: the address and the size of the order. A convocation queue and a festival perimeter with staffed gates are the two ends of that range, and the second changes the vehicle as much as the count. Send the site plan with your build dates and the counts are worked out with you before the quote is confirmed.
Book ahead for peak dates — the summer festival build and the spring convocation season are the two that fill first. Outside those there is no minimum notice, so either one is worth putting in front of us well ahead.

Can you supply barrier for a festival gate and perimeter?
Yes. Interlocking galvanized sections are what a gate line and a perimeter both want, because the run holds its shape under pressure from one side rather than depending on each piece separately. Send the site plan with the gates, the fence line and the vehicle lanes marked and we will work the section count out with you.
What do you need to quote a multi-day festival?
The dates including build and strike, the products and quantities or a site plan we can count from, and the site address. If the layout is still moving, send what you have — it is easier to firm a quote up than to rebuild one from scratch a week out.
Do you supply a processional route for a convocation?
Yes, and it is usually a runner flanked by rope stanchions. Posts stand about 4 ft apart along the route, with the 5 ft ropes carrying enough slack to drape rather than pull tight. Give us the length of the walk and the width you have and we will work the counts out with you.
