Stanchions for Crowd Control
Buy Stanchions in Edmonton
When the queue is there every day, it is usually worth owning the equipment that shapes it. Belt and rope stanchions, brand new, in the same models we put into service ourselves.

Who buys stanchions
Ownership starts to make sense the moment the queue becomes part of the building. Where these end up most often:
Clinic and hospital reception
A check-in line that forms every morning and has to hold patients clear of the desk and of each other.
Bank branches
A single teller lane standing all year, which has to look identical from one branch to the next.
Transit concourses and airports
All-day lanes taking constant knocks, rebuilt by staff on shift rather than by a crew.
Campus registrar and student services
Counters that idle for most of the term and then absorb a September queue out through the door.
Retail and service counters
Returns desks, pharmacy counters and collection points where the queue already has a fixed home.
Warehouse and trade counters
Pickup and dispatch windows wanting a marked lane drivers follow without being directed to it.
Government and municipal offices
Service windows and screening points where the layout is set once and then left alone.
Buying or renting?
They are not competing options. Each one answers a different question:
Buying suits a permanent daily queue — the same lane, in the same place, every day the doors open. Owned equipment goes up once and stays up, staff move it themselves, and every branch in a chain can run identical hardware.
Renting suits an event, a one-off, or a quantity you will never need twice — a conference, a gala, a launch, a festival gate. You have it for the dates you need, delivered and taken away afterwards, without forty posts living in a storage room for the other fifty weeks of the year.
Renting for an event instead? Start at belt stanchions →, rope stanchions → or event packages →.
The same stanchions we rent
A sale ships the model our own fleet runs: the same belt and rope stanchions, the same posts, the same specifications. The one thing that differs is condition, because sale stock is brand new. We do not sell ex-rental equipment.
That matters for a straightforward reason. This is hardware our own crew loads, moves and sets out every week, so when you ask how it behaves in a busy lane the answer comes from using it rather than from a catalogue.
FAQ
Is there a minimum order to buy?
No. Any quantity at all, from one upward — a single post for a reception desk is as ordinary an order here as forty for a concourse.
Is any of this ex-rental stock?
None of it. Everything sold is brand new — the identical model to the one in our fleet, supplied new rather than retired out of it.
How do we find out what can be supplied?
Send the model and the quantity and we will come back on what we can supply. Availability is confirmed against the enquiry rather than published on the page, because it changes.
Can replacement belts and ropes be bought separately?
Yes, in any quantity. A belt that has had a hard year does not mean replacing the stanchion under it. Send us the model and how many you need, and availability comes back with the quote.
Is delivery available on a purchase?
We deliver across Edmonton and Alberta. Send the delivery address with your enquiry and we will confirm timing alongside availability. Larger orders going outside the province can be arranged as well — tell us where they are headed.
